A popular bar and restaurant which has been at the heart of a north Tipperary town for decades has had to close due to rising costs, with the loss of 25 jobs.
The Hibernian Inn, known affectionately as the ‘The Hi-B’, closed in Nenagh last weekend in a huge blow to the town’s dining and socialising scene in the run up to Christmas.
