As taps begin to run dry and final pints are poured, Crew Brewing Co owner Jono Crute is preparing to close the doors of his Limerick city brewery after five years in business.
The friend-owned brewery and bar, located on Thomas Street, will cease trading on December 24, bringing an end to a venture that began in the shadow of the Covid-19 pandemic and grew into one of the city’s best-known community-led hospitality spaces.
