Spare a thought for poor Sam Altman. The billionaire head of OpenAI – and public face of much of the discourse around artificial intelligence and what it may or may not do to our planet and our species – is also a new dad, and like a lot of new parents, he clearly has no idea what he is doing.
Altman went on Jimmy Fallon’s chat show last week to talk about his experience of parenting his eight-month-old son, telling the host that he couldn’t imagine parenting without ChatGPT.
