There was a slight drop in the number of flu cases recorded in Kerry last week.
That’s according to data from the Health Protection Surveillance Centre.
It shows there were 105 recorded cases of the flu in Kerry between 13th and 20th December, down from 136 the week before.
The rate of cases per 100,000 population also decreased, from 86.9 last week to 67.1.
The flu jab is still available, and there will be a walk-in vaccination clinic in Monavalley Tralee on Monday 29th December from 10am to 2pm.
