Gusts were reported in excess of 90 mph in the Santa Cruz Mountains and at the Harbor. Fencing surrounding the downtown Santa Cruz Metro Center construction site on Thursday after it was blown down by Wednesday night’s storm. Fencing surrounded the downtown library project was also toppled by the wind.
