Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie lauded for their ‘powerful choice’

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have shown they value their public responsibility.

The nieces of King Charles and daughter of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, showcased full support to the monarchy as they left their father behind during the festive period.

Royal expert Sophia Papamavrodi tells Express: “Amid the latest royal troubles, there were two key members of the Firm, who made a quietly powerful choice for the world to see – Andrew’s daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.”

“The two princesses showed up united and joined the rest of the Royal Family at Sandringham, leaving their exiled father miles away.”

She noted: “Beatrice and Eugenie went for the sensible option, to spend Christmas with the royals, a far steadier path than that of distraction or detachment.”

“Their appearance at St Mary Magdalene Church, surrounded by the rest of the royals, was not just a dutiful gesture, but a clear sign that they understood the difference between personal loyalty and public responsibility,” said the expert.

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie surprised royal fans as they walked out with the royals during the Christmas walkabout with some notable nervousness following the ordeal with their parents.

King Charles had not only completely removed Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson from the royal fold – including stripping all titles and honours, but also banned them from family gatherings. The York sisters were spared from the matter, as to not punish them for their parents’ crimes.
