Ms Ryan and her husband, John Greenhalgh, shared the happy news on social media.
In a post on Instagram, Ms Ryan (33) wrote: “Looks like we made it.”
“We’ve waited for this moment, and finally here we are and, halfway cooked,” she said.
“So much love, gratitude and excitement for what’s to come. Sending love and luck to anyone on a TTC [Trying to Conceive] journey,” she added.

Earlier this year, Ms Ryan opened up about her fertility journey on her podcast, something she said she had kept to herself for years.
The daughter of late RTÉ star Gerry Ryan said people had made assumptions about her and had “no idea” about the private battle she had faced behind closed doors.
“I would absolutely love a baby,” she told her sister and broadcaster Lottie Ryan on their podcast, No One Else Will Listen.
The make-up artist, who currently lives in New York, says that while she believes there was “no malice” behind the comments people had passed about her not having children with her husband, she does think people are naive.

She said: “The amount of people who just think I don’t want a family. They’ve just assumed.
“It’s just funny because even recently, when I was home – not somebody in our immediate family but someone on the outskirts of our family – was like to me, ‘Does that not give you, you know, the want?’

“I was beside a baby, and they were like: ‘Does that not give you the want, Bonnie?’, and kind of laughed, and I just go: ‘That’s all I want. I would absolutely love a baby.’
“And the shock on their face, and I said, ‘What’s that face?’ And they said: ‘I thought you were 100pc never gonna do it.’

“People just have no idea. You don’t even know what to say back. I said: ‘That’s all I want, hopefully one day,’” she said.
She has decided to speak out because she knows “so many others” are silently going through the same thing.
“I didn’t see anyone around my age not being able to conceive or like – even in our family – you know, mum obviously got pregnant five times in a row,” she added.
