A beloved local show that highlights Minnesota’s outdoors and highlights stories through a wildlife and conservation lens is moving to Hubbard Broadcasting.

After 30 years of storytelling, “Minnesota Bound” will now be broadcast on KSTP-TV Channel 5 and KSTC 45TV in 2026. The show previously aired on KARE 11.

What began with Ron Schara and his black lab, Raven, in 1995 turned into a beloved program for many Minnesotans. It now features Laura Schara and Bill Sherck, as well as Travis Frank, as they explore Minnesota and share the love of the outdoors.

The show has aired more than 1,000 episodes and has won dozens of awards for its storytelling.

Viewers can catch Minnesota Bound on Saturdays at 9:30 p.m. on 45TV and Sundays at 11 p.m. on KSTP.
