Patricia died on Tuesday 30th December, peacefully surrounded by her heartbroken family.
Predeceased by her husband Thomas, her parents James and Theresa and her brothers Frank, John, Dermot and Brendan.
Patricia will be forever loved and missed by her daughter Michelle (Chris Lenane), sons Stephen (Aisling) and Jonathan, her adored and much loved grandchildren Lilly May, Lotty, Tommy, Otis, Sienna and Hollie, her sisters Margaret (Bradley) and Mary, brothers Tony and Gerard, her nieces, nephews, neighbours, and all who knew and loved her.
Patricia will repose in Clerkins Funeral Home, Milltown, Monaghan (H18YF22) on Wednesday (31st) from 5pm until 9pm. Patricia’s funeral procession will leave Clerkins Funeral Home on Thursday (1st) at 12:30pm to arrive at St Macartan’s Cathedral for 1pm Funeral Mass, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
