This weekend’s pre-season hurling clash of arch-rivals Clare and Limerick is a sell-out.
Capacity for the Co-Op Superstores Munster Hurling League opener in Tulla on Saturday (2.0pm) had been limited to a maximum of 2,000. Munster GAA has now confirmed that the fixture has sold out – an early indicator of GAA fans’ thirst for action after six months of inter-county hibernation.
