With so few of us getting adequate rest, we’re on the back foot for the rest of our day

For a healthier, happier you in 2026 there is no need to go to extremes with 6am workouts. Instead, why not keep things basic and aim for more of the three S’s: sleep, smiles and sex?
First, shut-eye. Life is harder when you don’t get enough. Getting adequate rest (seven to nine hours) sets you up for success. The next day you make better food choices, are more productive, emotionally regulated and less likely to go berserk over little things.
