Traffic news: Lough Salt Road closed due to icy conditions

Due to icy road conditions, the L-1192 Lough Salt Road from Kilmacrennan to Glen Village will be closed. 

Motorists are advised to avoid this route. 

Within the last hour, Donegal County Council has also issued a ‘freezing rain’ alert which will render some roads and footpaths impassable.
