We all remember an experience when we’ve been stopped in our tracks unexpectedly. The moment when you get a call or receive news that you didn’t see coming, and which turns your world upside down.
For Christmas 2024, I received the present of a health check from my Dad, a present that quite possibly saved my life. This was my unexpected moment.
