Score one for Brad Pitt! Angelina Jolie can’t hide anymore — the actress has to turn over a slew of secret text and email messages related to her legal battle with her ex over Château Miraval.

In an order filed on Dec. 17, a judge granted the F1 star’s motion to compel Angelina, 50, to “produce in full” within 45 days documents with “unredacted versions of the communications exchanged between non-attorneys” — including her business manager and trusted aides. In October USA Today reported, the actress’ attorney Paul Murphy said Brad’s “motion is without any legal basis and the latest manifestation of his efforts to control Angelina … We expect the Court will see right through this and deny his motion.”

Well, the judge didn’t, and now Angelina has to fork over the texts and emails. Château Miraval is at the heart of her battle with Brad, 62. After Jolie sold her stake in the property, Brad’s attorneys called the sale unlawful in a lawsuit filed against Angelina in February 2022. In response, she filed a countersuit alleging the pair never had an understanding to only sell upon mutual agreement.

“It’s amazing that all these years later, they’re still fighting,” says a source. “Some say Angelina is the reason the war has raged on, but now she may regret digging in her heels — her private emails and texts could prove very damning.”

A trial date is set for Feb. 1, 2027; mediation was ordered for Oct. 28, 2026.
