A Ballybofey motorist has been fined €350 for driving at 59kph in a 50kph zone.
Nuala Diver, Finn Farm Lane, Cappry, was convicted after the court heard she had been exceeding the speed limit on October 7, 2024, at Upper Main Street, Donegal Town.
Diver did not attend the Donegal District Court hearing at Ballyshannon Courthouse, and Judge Éiteáin Cunningham, in the circumstances, found the facts proven.
Judge Cunningham gave Diver five months to pay the €350 fine.
