AI-powered longevity mirror offers a 30-second scan that projects your health trajectory, helping you see and shape your wellness future.
Mirror, mirror on the wall… can really just gazing at it for 30 seconds tell you all?
Imagine looking in the mirror every morning and seeing not just your reflection, but also a glimpse of your future health. That’s what Canadian tech company NuraLogix is promising with its new Longevity Mirror, unveiled at CES 2026 [1].
The startup, known for its affective AI and contactless health insights, has created a device that transforms a routine glance into a powerful 30-second check-in on your long-term wellness.
Gone are the days when tracking your health meant wearables, apps or complicated readings. The Longevity Mirror uses a simple camera paired with AI to analyze more than 100 wellness indicators, all without any contact, straps or sensors.
Most consumer wellness devices focus on the present – your heart rate, your steps, your sleep. NuraLogix wants to give people a sense of the road ahead. Using advanced AI trained on hundreds of thousands of patient records, the Longevity Mirror estimates health risks up to 20 years into the future.
NuraLogix CEO Marzio Pozzuoli remarked that people frequently view longevity as a result of fate or genetic factors [2].
“In reality, everyday decisions around sleep, stress, and cardiovascular and metabolic health shape how well we age. The Longevity Mirror brings those invisible signals into focus and empowers people to make changes that support a longer, healthier life,” he explained [2].
The device doesn’t just tell you where you are; it highlights where you’re headed, giving actionable insight into long-term wellness.
At the core of the mirror is Transdermal Optical Imaging (TOI). The system reads subtle changes in blood flow in your face through a short video. AI then interprets these signals, factoring in cardiovascular, metabolic and stress-related health markers to produce a detailed wellness snapshot.
The process appears to be effortless. Stand in front of the mirror for half a minute to receive a personalized report. The mirror can store up to six user profiles, making it suitable for singles, couples or families.
For some, keeping on top of wellness can feel overwhelming, so NuraLogix has created the Longevity Index, a consumer-friendly score from 0 to 100 that blends multiple factors, including:
- Cardiovascular risk
- Metabolic health
- Physiological age
- Heart health
- Stress levels
This single score gives users a clear, actionable reference point, while still leaving room to explore the details behind it.
Data alone doesn’t drive behavior; guidance does. The Longevity Mirror includes an AI Health Assistant that translates insights into everyday advice: how to improve sleep, manage stress, adjust activity or tweak nutrition.
More broadly, devices like this reflect a quiet shift in where healthcare happens. Predictive health tools are moving out of clinics and into living rooms and bedrooms, becoming as routine as stepping on a scale or checking the weather. As AI gets better at spotting early risk signals – and consumers get more comfortable with privacy-safe, contactless monitoring – the home is starting to look like the front line of prevention. In that context, a “longevity mirror” isn’t just a CES novelty, but as part of a wider move toward everyday health forecasting.
Later this year, users will be able to opt for a One-Touch Health Concierge, connecting directly with wellness coaches or nutrition experts for personalized support via video sessions.
The blend of AI and human guidance reflects a growing trend in health tech, moving from raw information toward practical, actionable wellness.
The Longevity Mirror lands at a time when health tech is shifting from reactive tracking to proactive prevention. Aging populations and rising healthcare costs are driving demand for tools that help people understand their health trajectory and take control before problems arise.
The underlying technology is already proven: NuraLogix’s platform has partnerships with Nestlé, Sanitas and Noom, features in 11 peer-reviewed publications and holds 17 US patents. This mirror represents the first consumer-facing step in a decade of research and deployment.
With the Longevity Mirror, NuraLogix is hoping to leverage tech that offers customers a new way to understand themselves, their habits and the future of their health. Sometimes, the most revealing reflection isn’t what’s in front of you, but what’s ahead.
