The 83rd Golden Globes are set to take place tonight, 11 January, in the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverley Hills, California.
Kick-starting awards season, which culminates with the Academy Awards on 15 March, the ceremony is known for drawing an A-list crowd.
Hosted once again by comedian Nikki Glaser, the awards will recognise achievements in 27 categories across film and television, with Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another, Joachim Trier’s Sentimental Value, HBO dark comedy The White Lotus, and Netflix hit Adolescence earning a slew of nominations.

Irish film fans were undoubtedly thrilled to see Jessie Buckley and Paul Mescal nominated in their respective categories for their performances in Chloé Zhao’s film adaptation of author Maggie O’Farrell’s book Hamnet.
