Ashton Kutcher is putting his black belt in jiu-jitsu to good use on The Tonight Show.
The Beauty actor celebrated his new title, which took him 15 years to earn, and taught host Jimmy Fallon how to properly flip someone over using only his legs on Monday’s episode.
“Could you maybe show me a jiu-jitsu move?” Fallon asked, seemingly unaware of what he had brought upon himself with the innocent question.
“Yeah, let’s do it,” Kutcher agreed. “You wanna do something? Let’s go.”

The That ‘70s Show alum quickly laid down a few ground rules as they approached a mat that had been laid out on the floor for them.
“The whole thing with jiu-jitsu is most fights go to the ground,” Kutcher explained. “Within seconds, they go to the ground, so you’re fighting off the ground, right?”
He then encouraged Fallon to shove him to the ground and “attack” him. “Come after me!” Kutcher cajoled.
However, in doing so, the Saturday Night Live alum fell directly into Kutcher’s trap. The actor quickly wrapped his legs around Fallon’s sides and pulled his body and arms into a grapple.
“I’m instantly good here, right?” Kutcher said as Fallon looked nervously out at the cheering crowd. “So now you think you’re in control, right? So now what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna put together a simple sweep.”

Using only his legs, Kutcher proceeded to slowly lift Fallon up and over and flop the host onto the ground. He then suggested they try the maneuver again so that Fallon could get the chance to flip him.
“Are you okay?” Kutcher asked a slightly dazed Fallon afterward, who simply responded, “I give up. I give up.”
Prior to the second move, Kutcher had Fallon scoot over a bit so that they wouldn’t fall off the mat and get hurt. “I’m already hurt,” Fallon bemoaned.
The No Strings Attached star went on to show Fallon how to properly perform the move. “Oww!” Kutcher exclaimed as he fell dramatically onto his back.
“Yes!” Fallon cheered. “He tapped out! Ashton Kutcher, everybody!”
