Ireland striker Troy Parrott scored his first hat-trick for AZ Alkmaar in their 6–0 thrashing of Ajax in the Dutch Cup round of 16 tonight.
Ireland head coach Heimir Hallgrimsson was in attendance at the AFAS Stadion as Parrott brought his AZ goals tally to 19 in all competitions so far this season with two first‑half strikes and an 80th‑minute finish.
