Former TD calls for nationwide roll-out

The Government should cover the cost of the shingles vaccine for older people as it can currently only be afforded by “rich people”, former Fine Gael TD Kate O’Connell has urged.
The pharmacist said the shingles vaccine, which costs €500, should be rolled out nationally to all those in the relevant age bracket.
