A US investment giant has ploughed €340m into a flagship data centre project at the Kildare Innovation Campus [KIC], a vast commercial hub being developed on the former Hewlett-Packard site.
The development loan from Ares Management, a global alternative investment manager, will boost construction of the first phase of a data centre project at KIC.
