This is true of Keith O’Farrell who runs an artisan bakery called Sourdo’Farrell in Ennis, Co Clare. The expert baker was so aware of the need to find the best deal on service providers for his business, that he adopted the same methods at home, and recently discovered that by changing his electricity provider, he could make a good saving.
