The rugged landscape of the Wicklow mountains will soon welcome acclaimed actor and film producer Brad Pitt, as shooting is due to take place on his latest film, The Riders, over the next two weeks, before moving on to various locations on the continent.
It follows reports last year that Pitt was planning to team up with Conclave and All Quiet on the Western Front director Edward Berger, on a big-screen adaptation of the 1994 Tim Winton book The Riders, some of which was set in Ireland.
