A Tipperary driver has been fined and given a two-year driving ban at Tipperary District Court sitting in Thurles, for driving at nearly three times the legal breath alcohol limit.
Daniel Ryan, who gave an address at The Crescent, Rossadrehid, Bansha, Co Tipperary, appeared before Judge Fiona Brennan in respect of a drink driving offence.
