Crumlin Garda Station was evacuated after a suspicious package was brought to the station.
The incident took place today, Tuesday 3 March 2026. A cordon was established and the Army EOD team was notified.
The package was investigated and declared safe, with the station soon reopening. Gardaí said the matter will be investigated with the help of analysis by Forensic Science Ireland.
A Garda spokesman told Dublin Live: “Crumlin Garda Station was evacuated after a suspicious package was brought to the station today, Tuesday 3rd March 2026.”
A cordon was established and the Army EOD team was notified.”
The Garda Station reopened shortly after 3pm. The package was declared safe and the matter will be investigated with exhibits sent to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.”
