The family of a woman in her 20s who was assaulted on a roadside in Co Tipperary on Saturday evening have named her as Scarlett Faulkner, a mother-of-one who is in her 20s.
Ms Faulkner was airlifted to hospital in a critical condition after what gardaí are describing as a serious assault after being found on the R494 road at Birdhill shortly before 5.30pm.
