Michael died peacefully in his 92nd year, surrounded by his family on March 27th 2026.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Mairead and his brothers James, David and Fr. Paddy.
Survived by his children Siobhan, Micheál and Maria, brother Donie, daughter-in-law Sharon, brother-in-law Pat, cherished grandchildren Hannah and Mikey, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Riedy’s Funeral Home, Newcastle West, on Sunday 29th March from 6pm to 8pm.
Arriving at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Newcastle West, on Monday for 11.30am requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery.
The funeral mass will be live streamed.
