It’s the questions people are desperate for answers on after Friday’s episode was kept off of ITVX. It isn’t on the streaming platform for a key reason, that being someone dies tonight.
Corrie have decided to stick to the TV viewing, so that everyone finds out the death on Friday night together. So with no early release, and this being the normal now to have episodes in the morning, fans were understandably concerned.
It raised questions over whether the episode would be on TV, ITVX and YouTube at all on Friday. Fans were also wondering what spoilers may give away about the death.

We can confirm that Corrie is definitely on tonight, Friday night, on all relevant platforms and channels, from 8:30PM. This episode will definitely confirm who dies out of Maggie Driscoll, Megan Walsh, Theo Silverton, Carl Webster and Jodie Ramsey.
Amid speculation over more than one murder, the truth will be revealed on Friday. The spoilers for this episode tease: “While Todd plays a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse to outsmart a vengeful Theo, Summer finds herself caught in the cross-run with terrifying consequences.
“Meanwhile, a web of lies begins to unravel for Megan as a shocking secret comes to light. As Sarah is caught in the crossfire of a brutal home invasion and Ronnie takes matters into his own hands on desolate ground, the community is left reeling.
“With a trail of blood leaving several lives hanging in the balance and a discovery made by Betsy that will change the Street forever – who didn’t make it out alive?” As for next week, the police investigation begins at the crime scene and Kit Green realises straight away it’s murder – and he thinks he knows the killer.

It comes after the news that Friday’s episode would not be on ITVX, as confirmed to the Mirror by ITV. Fans learning about the decision took to social media to react.
A viewer posted their dilemma saying: “So we don’t see the murder until Friday, and they don’t show the episode early on ITVX on Friday and I’m out on Friday!” Another said: “The other programme Beyond Paradise gonna have to wait until Saturday cos I ain’t missing the live watch of Corrie. I want to see if my prediction is right.”
