Season’s final show aired last night with no new deal agreed for host

Patrick Kieity wrapped up his third season presenting The Late Late Show last night, but there is still no sign of a new deal for him to continue on as host.
It is understood a pay rise for RTÉ boss Kevin Bakhurst appears to be holding up the show. The director general is due to get a €20,000 bump in pay, taking him to €270,000.
