A couple who went public to expose their financial loss after alleged unsatisfactory work by a builder say they are offended after receiving a legal letter saying he is withdrawing from mediation.

Peter and Roisín Mockler detailed their story in the Irish Independent on March 28 after engaging Ashmark Homes to carry out an extension and renovation.
