“Dad never really told me what to do. That was his secret weapon,” says William Costelloe.
We are chatting over the phone, him at the helm in the Paul Costelloe headquarters in London – a role he has just inherited from his late father, Paul, who died in November 2025 – and me in the wilds of Kerry, and yet he greets me as though I’m in the same room, having tea.
