Christine McGuinness has reportedly found love with a former Strictly Come Dancing star after labelling herself a ‘five star lesbian’ who is ‘looking for a wife’

Christine McGuinness, 38, is reportedly smitten with Olympian and former Strictly Come Dancing star Nicola Adams after declaring she’s looking for a wife following her divorce from Paddy McGuinness.
The model and mum-of-three split from the former Top Gear presenter, 52, after 11 years of marriage in 2024, but continues to share the comedian’s lavish Cheshire home for the benefit of their children, who all have autism.
Christine is still hopeful that she will settle down once again and recently admitted she’s ‘searching for a wife’, and now according to sources she’s grown close to Nicola, 43, in recent months.

The pair recently attended The DIVA Awards 2026, a celebration of the achievements of LGBTQIA women and non-binary people, and insiders told the Daily Mail they appeared close.
An onlooker said: “They were inseparable and looked like they were a couple”.
Since the London event the women have both followed each other on Instagram, seemingly conforming that they’re in touch.
It comes after Christine declared that she wants to re-marry and be in a same-sex relationship, she said: “I would love to have a wife one day, not like a legalised marriage, but like a blessing, a celebration of love and all of that, I would love to just be saying, this is my wife.”
Christine also joked that she’s a “five-star lesbian” and a “giver” as she opened up about her sex-life in a candid interview.
However, Christine’s family is still her priority and she explained that her romantic life and family like will remain separate for the sake of her and Paddy’s kids.
She continued: “I don’t want to bring somebody into my personal life too quickly. I like the separate life.

“My family, my kids, my home is up there and then I come to London, step off that train, I can work, have fun, I can sleep in and I don’t need to worry about everything.”
Former professional boxer Nicola split with her girlfriend of seven years Ella Baig in March 2025 and her representatives and have said they “don’t feel the need to make a comment at this time”, regarding the new dating rumours.
