Aideen Kate made for a beautiful bride as she married her longtime love, Dave Kelly, but the bride forfeited wearing a big white dress for something a little chicer on her special day.
The Irish influencer opted for an elegant white top and trouser co-ord as she said ‘I do’ over the weekend in a legal ceremony. The newlyweds are set to have a bigger celebration in Spain in the coming months.
Aideen explained that she didn’t want to wear a dress to their Dublin wedding, since she would get her chance to wear a wedding gown at their Spanish nuptials.

The Dubliner revealed that she has been working on her wedding-day look for eight months, alongside Irish designer Sharon McClusky.
‘Legal look of my dreams!!!’ Aideen wrote as she chatted about her look on social media.

‘About 8 months ago, @sharon_mccluskey and I came up with the idea to create a look for my legal wedding. I knew I didn’t want to wear a dress as I’ll be wearing one in Spain this summer when we have our big wedding.
‘I loved the idea of trousers and a top, but make it city chic & this is what we designed together. It’s literally perfect!!!’ she penned.
Aideen added that Sharon, who owns The Mana Effect, even gave the bride her something borrowed in a very sweet move. ‘Sharon also let me borrow the beautiful headpiece that she wore for her legal wedding, and it was the cherry on top,’ she gushed.
People were quick to compliment Aideen’s unexpected look, with Sophie Murray saying: ‘You look SO BEAUTIFUL.’ Arthur Gourounlian echoed her sentiment, writing: ‘Absolutely elegant and demure,’ while Katja Mia wrote: ‘Sooo elegant and gorgeous.’
