Ireland boss Heimir Hallgrimsson says he’s intrigued to see how uncapped attacking players like Jaden Umeh and Jack Moylan cope on the international stage after they received a first call-up at senior level for a training camp and friendly in Spain.
And the Irish manager, who stood over his decision to omit League of Ireland players from this squad because he did not want to disrupt the domestic season, has also dismissed any fears of a possible bid by England to secure Owen Elding.
