Brooklyn Projects’ Dom DeLuca – aka ‘Brooklyn Dom’ – is as steeped in the annals of late-80s metal as he is in modern streetwear. In his 20s, the LA-born designer worked as a roadie for some of the era’s heaviest acts, including the ‘Big Four’ – and those guys became his friends. Now, in a linkup that’s been ‘at the top of [his] bucket list for decades’, Dom is partnering with adidas Skateboarding and NYC thrash-metal titans Anthrax on a Superstar ADV.

It’s the right model for the mission. The Superstar ADV is the Three Stripes’ upgraded version of the OG Superstar, designed especially with skateboarding in mind. As a brand, Brooklyn Projects are all about that board life, with their entire aesthetic orbiting 90s skate, music, and street culture.
