Two victims of paedophile William Lloyd-Lavery have called for changes to the law to prevent sex offenders from using character references as mitigation.
Ms Bannon Bannon and Ms D’Arcy D’Arcy gave evidence against the former grammar school teacher turned political adviser, who was found guilty of six counts of indecent assault.
