Eoin Kelly sat down to watch Limerick and Clare duke it out in Ennis last Sunday and he couldn’t believe what he was seeing. It was like hurling from a world that he had little familiarity with compared to his own playing days.

“Yeah, no one seems to mark anyone anymore!” the Waterford legend says of whether he would like to be playing in the modern game. “I watched Clare and Limerick the other day, there was no marking. It was mental.
