Who’s after Sam in tracking device twist?

Sam Blakeman has been spiralling recently. Exam stress and being threatened by predator Megan Walsh has had a serious impact on his mental health, and that’s set to continue.

We’ve seen Sam hiding away, terrified of Will Driscoll and also scared of fireworks. Loud noises and residents are leaving him spooked. But what is really going on?

After some apparent threats by Will, Sam thinking someone hacked his phone and now a new spoiler reveals he’s possibly being followed, Sam is in a really bad place. With him hearing things differently, possibly seeing things that are not there and now he’s convinced someone is tracking him, can Roy Cropper get through to him?

Or is there something else going on, and could Sam be right that someone is out to get him? He finds a tracking device in his school bag, so who put it there and is Sam in danger? What do you think is happening?

Jodie Ramsey becomes a surprise ally for a struggling Daniel next week. Daniel, like Sam, has been seriously impacted by his ex Megan’s lies. She’s been exposed as a child groomer, sexually abusing Will.

Daniel fears people think he knew about Megan, while others have taunted him for not realising. He’s lied about his whereabouts, pretending to be getting back on track.

In reality, after lashing out at others, he’s locked himself away in his flat while pretending no one is there. He’s thwarted by Jodie next week who is kicked out of the Platts.

Looking for a place to hide out and thinking Daniel is away, she’s shocked to see him there and he tells her to leave. Soon she’s staying though and the pair speak about their troubles.

Kate Brooks revealed an unexpected friendship could be on the cards, but some fans think Jodie could be up to her old tricks. She’s a master manipulator and everything she says is a lie.

So does she have an ulterior motive for getting close to Daniel? Is she using him, or could she be after something? Let us know your thoughts!
