Welcome to What’s On, our weekly roundup of notable shows. Here is what’s happening on TV from Sunday, May 10 to Saturday, May 16. All times are Eastern.

A week after Jon Bernthal reprised his role on The Bear for a standalone episode that he also co-wrote, the actor does the same for ruthless vigilante Frank Castle. In what’s being billed as a one-and-done “Marvel Studios television special,”  Frank is trying to find meaning in his life beyond a bloodthirsty need for revenge. However, a new threat drags him back into the dangerous world of street justice for—you guessed it—one last kill. Jason R. Moore, Roe Rancell, Mila Jaymes, Nick Koumalatsos, and Colton Hill also star. Check out The A.V. Club’s reaction to the special on Tuesday.

Off Campus (Prime Video, Wednesday, 3 a.m., series premiere)

Make some room on the bench, Heated Rivalry: Here comes yet another ice-rank romance with literary roots. In Prime Video’s streaming adaptation of Elle Kennedy’s popular, college-set novel series of the same name,  Ella Bright (Malory Towers) and Belmont Cameli (the Saved by the Bell reboot) star as Hannah Wells and Garrett Graham, students at the fictional Briar University who concoct a fake-dating arrangement so that she can impress her real crush and he can get tutored to maintain his hockey-captain status. Lusty antics ensue—and are due to continue in the already-ordered second season, which is rumored to follow another couple from Kennedy’s books. The A.V. Club’s review will drop Monday.

Dutton Ranch (Paramount+, Friday, 3 a.m., two-episode series premiere)

The ever-expanding Yellowstone saga extends south—to the fictional Texan city of Rio Paloma, to be exact—as Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) leave the cowboy madness of Montana behind to start a new life at their own ranch. However, after the couple discovers a dead body while settling in, they wind up clashing with rival ranch owner Beulah Jackson, played by none other than Annette Bening, who will stop at nothing to protect her land and her livelihood. Along with Benning, the spin-off series (which will drop its first two episodes on Friday, the day after The A.V. Club publishes our review) will also star Jai Courtney, J.R. Villarreal, Marc Menchaca,  Juan Pablo Raba, Natalie Alyn Lind, Ed Harris, and Yellowstone O.G. Finn Little.

Rivals (Hulu, Friday, 3 a.m., season two premiere)

This British romp—based on Dame Jilly Cooper’s Rutshire Chronicles novels—returns for a second round of scandal, social climbing, and shagging in the ’80s. Season two continues the cutthroat feud between Tony Baddingham (David Tennant) of the old-guard Corinium Television and Rupert Campbell-Black (Alex Hassell) of the young rival network Venturer as their battle for the regional broadcast franchise reaches precarious new heights. Hayley Atwell and Rupert Everett join the soapy fun for the second season.
