Martin Gibbons (46) who was reported missing from Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo since Saturday 9th May 2026.
Gardai have issued an urgent missing persons appeal following the disappearance of a man in his mid-40s over the weekend.
Martin Gibbons, who is 46 years old, was reported missing from Ballinrobe, Co Mayo since Saturday, May 9 2026.
Gardai have described Martin as being approximately six feet, one inch in height. He has a strong build. He is also bald and has blue eyes.
Unfortunately, it is not known what Martin was wearing when he went missing.
Gardai have reason to believe that Martin may have travelled to the Mullingar or Rathowen areas of Co Westmeath and he has access to a grey Toyota Proace with a 232-CE registration.
Gardai and Martin’s family have expressed concern for Martin’s well-being.
Anyone with information that could assist Gardai with their appeal is asked to make contact with authorities.
A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana told the Irish Mirror: “Anyone with information on Martin’s whereabouts is asked to contact Claremorris Garda Station on (094) 937 2080, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.”
