SHARON Osbourne has hit out at accusations her plan to create a digital version of late husband Ozzy is a cash grab.
Sharon and their son Jack announced plans for the hyper-real avatar of the Birmingham-born singer last month.
She said the digital Ozzy, created with Hyperreal and Proto Hologram, could appear in everything from concerts to films and ads.
