New twosome! Sydney Sweeney and music mogul Scooter Braun are dating, after hitting it off at Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos’ celeb-studded wedding in June.
“Sydney certainly had her pick of men,” says the source of the Euphoria star, who reportedly caught the eye of both Tom Brady and Orlando Bloom at the lavish affair in Venice, Italy. “But Scooter walked away with her number. He would definitely consider it a feather in his cap to be dating one of the hottest actresses in Hollywood right now.”

Both were ready to date. The Anyone but You star, 28, split from fiancé Jonathan Davino earlier this year, while Scooter, 44, has been divorced from Yael Cohen, the mom of his three kids, since 2021. The source insists Sydney isn’t troubled by Scooter’s divorced-dad status: “She finds it touching how devoted he is to his kids.” Nor is she deterred by his yearslong feud with Taylor Swift, after he famously bought the rights to her prized master recordings in 2019.

“He has a reputation in the music business for being a bully and overly aggressive,” says the source of the former music manager, who also tussled with Justin Bieber over $30 million in unpaid fees.
“Sydney likes that Scooter is driven, focused and self-made.” Jokes the source, “She’s not worried about the Swifties coming after her. She can hold her own ground.”
