A new-look gym has been unveiled in a revamped former town shop — and has already has had a ‘fantastic’ response from a town’s community.
Royals 2.0 in Holbeach officially opened on Saturday (June 27) with an open day for users to tour the new facility based in the former Original Factory Shop premises.
Owner Sam Fowler expanded his business into a bigger unit which has taken months of planning, investment and hard work behind the scenes.

He said: “We have already had a fantastic response from both existing and new members.
“Visitors were able to try classes, take part in competitions, and experience everything the new gym has to offer.
“The turnout and support from the community was incredible and it allows us to take our vision to the next level.’

Members can expect a huge upgrade from the previous premises with double the training space , brand new equipment, a dedicated indoor strongman area, luxury changing rooms and showers
Mr Fowler said: “We offer free WiFi and more parking.
“Everything has been designed to create the best possible training experience for our members.

“There has been a huge amount of effort involved in transforming the space into something we’re truly proud of.”
For new members thinking about joining there is a lot to be excited about.
Mr Fowler said: “Whether someone is just starting their fitness journey or already competing at a high level we offer something for everyone.

“We have also expanded our class timetable with Functional Fitness, HYROX, and Engine sessions running throughout the week to cater for different goals and abilities.
“Opening a bigger premises feels amazing and is something I’m incredibly proud of.”

He said: “Without them this would not have been possible.
“It is a huge milestone for the business and a reflection of how far we have come.
“It is more than just a gym, it is about community, support and helping people becoming stronger, bother physically and mentally.”
