The wristband collects data around the clock and is designed to automatically recognize over 20 different workouts. Sleep, stress, and cycle tracking also occur automatically. The wristband lacks a GPS module, so you’ll need to bring a smartphone with you to track the distance covered while running. The app also features artificial intelligence designed to help interpret the collected data. Data can be synced with Apple Health, Google Health, and Strava.
