An Afghan asylum seeker who was arrested in Ireland before being extradited to the UK has been charged in relation to the rape of teenage girls in Norwich.
Bilal Shinwari (20) is one of eight men who have now been charged in relation to an investigation into group-based child sexual exploitation.
