Professor Franco Paparella joins LCA Studio Legale as Of Counsel at the firm’s Rome office, further strengthening the Tax department, led by Equity Partner Roberto Pellizzari. His arrival will strengthen the interplay between the Tax practice and the Corporate, Restructuring & Insolvency and Litigation departments, offering clients increasingly integrated assistance in transactions and disputes with a significant tax component.
Full professor of Tax Law at Sapienza Università di Roma, cassation lawyer and statutory auditor, Franco Paparella combines over thirty years of academic and professional experience in tax advisory and litigation, assisting companies, corporate groups, public entities and state-owned companies in tax matters, extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings. He has also developed significant experience in business crisis management, having served as Deputy Extraordinary Commissioner of the Alitalia group, Extraordinary Commissioner of Farmacap and Judicial Commissioner of the Ospedale San Giovanni di Dio Fatebenefratelli in Rome. He is also the author of numerous scientific publications and actively participates in the academic and professional debate on key tax law issues.
