Molly Ringwald has had a legendary career in Hollywood, but she had to admit there was one experience that was less than ideal.

Ringwald appeared on Tuesday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” and participated in a game of “Spill the IMDb Tea,” where she shared some behind-the-scenes details about some of her higher-profile roles.

When asked about her experience on “The Secret Life of the American Teenager,” Ringwald replied, “That would be, the worst is 1? Okay, that was it. The worst.”

A shocked gasp came from the audience along with a stunned “Wow” from Andy Cohen.

Ringwald explained, “It was a hard… okay. I loved the cast. I loved Shailene [Woodley], there’s so many people that I worked with that… there was one person that was really difficult.”

The “Breakfast Club” star said she was “not going to say who that one person is,” but they “brought it down to a 1” on the game’s scale.

Ringwald played Shailene Woodley’s mom on “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” from 2008 to 2013. Woodley played Amy, a high school student who becomes pregnant at age 15 and has to manage the struggles that situation brings.

When it came to ranking her other work, Ringwald said “Pretty in Pink” was a “10,” praising John Hughes, who “wrote the movie for me.” Ringwald added that “except for the prom dress” she loved all her costumes.

She also revealed she turned down Demi Moore’s role in “Ghost” and regrets it, eliciting more shocked gasps from the crowd.

“It was just not meant to be,” Ringwald said.
