Canada’s job market continued to warm up into the summer, with the private sector driving hiring in July that helped push the unemployment rate to a two-year low.

Employers in the country added a stronger-than-expected 75,100 jobs in July, Statistics Canada said Friday. That brought the rise in net employment over the last three months to 181,100, reversing a pullback early in the year.
