While many of us are jumping to try out fall beauty trends now that it’s August, from autumn cuts to darker lips, Anne Hathaway is proving that there’s still time to try out summer’s biggest beauty trends—starting at her fingertips.

The actress walked the red carpet for the world premiere of The End of Oak Street, debuting a juicy warm-weather nail trend that we’re running to recreate before the temperature cools down.

We’ve seen several variations of white nails, from cloud nails to milky manicures. But the latest white manicure trend, as shown on Hathaway, is “coconut jelly gloss” nails. Created by celebrity manicurist Tom Bachik, the glassy white manicure was the perfect backdrop to her blue ensemble and bare baby bump.

Bachik sculpted Hathaway’s nails into a short, square shape using Tweezerman tools before going in with Essie Nail Art Studio Jelly Gloss Polish in Arctic Jelly. The sheer white polish, with yellow undertones to avoid a stark white look, gives nails a bouncy, jelly effect that adds texture to the nail look.

Summer manicures usually read as more minimal (such as the nude nail trend), but Hathaway’s juicy nail trend is a fresh take on warm-weather nails.
