When watching Korean dramas, there are certain characters — such as Han Jipyeong (Kim Seon Ho) in Start-Up — who left an impression on me long after the end credits rolled. These are fictional men whom I’ve felt (and will always feel) protective of and rooted for, thanks to the overflowing mess of emotions they’ve put me through. I’ve watched over 100 K-dramas, and here are my 10 favourite male characters from binge-worthy Korean dramas — starring Kim Seon Ho, Ji Chang Wook, Yoo Yeon Seok & more1. Han Jipyeong (Kim Seon Ho) in Start-Up

Han Jipyeong from Start-Up is my favourite K-drama character, period! 2. Kang Taepoong (Lee Junho) in Typhoon Family
